Orange Sesame Salmon Bites
These Orange Sesame Salmon Bites are the perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and savory! You won’t be able to resist. Plus, they are super easy to make and you probably have the glaze ingredients on hand.

I was craving the orange chicken flavoring but as a salmon bowl! I love my Blackened Baked Salmon Bites too. These are saucier with a citrus tang!

- Sesame oil
- Orange zest and juice
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground ginger
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Scallions (optional)

Instructions
This is one of the easiest recipes. You can whip it up in under 20 minutes!
- Make the sauce. Add all the ingredients to a cold pan and whisk to combine. Bring heat to medium and allow the sauce to simmer until it has reduced slightly. You want the sauce to stick to the back of a spoon.
- While that is heating, cut the salmon into 1-2 inch pieces and add into a bowl. When the glaze is ready, pour directly over the salmon, reserving a little to drizzle.
- Arrange a rack in the oven at the top, right under the broiler. Broil for about 6 minutes, or until the salmon is done to your liking.
- Plate with rice and your favorite vegetables, and enjoy!

How to serve Orange Sesame Salmon Bites
I am not above eating these Orange Sesame Salmon Bites straight off the pan. Most often I will eat this dish over a bed of rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds and sliced scallions. But, they taste so good with the following:
- Over a grain – I love serving these salmon bites over a bed of rice or quinoa. The glaze melts into the whole dish, which packs so much flavor!
- With a vegetable – I sauté some sliced Brussels sprouts in soy sauce to serve on the side. Steamed broccoli, roasted zucchini, edamame, or cucumber would also be great options! You can pour the glaze right over the veggies too.
- In a lettuce wrap – Add these salmon bites into a lettuce cup or wrap with some crunchy julienned carrots and you have yourself a great summer dish!

Storage
If storing the salmon bites, add any extra glaze onto the salmon first. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
