Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sausage base – In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, poultry seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, kosher salt, and maple syrup.
  • Form into patties or links – Use your hands to gently mix and shape into 6 equal patties or sausage-shaped links.
  • Cook the sausages – Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm up. Add the patties (or links) to the skillet. Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Serve and enjoy – Plate them hot and serve with your favorite breakfast dishes!
